Adriana Estate is a privately owned and carefully restored estate set within approximately 4.8 hectares of Mediterranean landscape, surrounded by olive and citrus trees, gardens, stone terraces and unspoilt nature. With approximately 300 metres of private coastline and no neighbouring houses along this part of the shore, the estate offers an exceptional sense of space and seclusion.

At its heart is a beautifully restored four-bedroom residence accommodating up to eight guests. Following an extensive three-year renovation completed in 2022, the house combines its original Mediterranean character with refined contemporary comfort. All four double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while generous living and dining spaces open towards the surrounding landscape and Adriatic Sea.

Outdoor living defines the experience. A 14 × 5 metre infinity pool overlooks the sea, while multiple terraces, balconies and shaded areas provide beautiful settings for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed days outdoors. Guests also enjoy direct access to the sea via a private path, a natural rocky beach, children’s sea pool and private mooring.
